FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a fee for an initial consultation?

No. We are happy to meet with new prospective clients and learn about their project!

Typically, we would meet for an hour to learn about your objectives and goals. We will then make some recommendations on how to achieve your vision both aesthetically and economically.

Why should I hire BBI Architects?

Experience & Client Satisfaction. We are very proud of the fact that over 90% of our business comes from repeat clients.

The very best way to answer this question is to invest an hour of your time and meet with us about your project. Then, compare how we respond to your needs and demonstrate our ability to help you realize your projects goals to other firms under consideration. Who our clients are says a lot about us. The quality of our work speaks for itself, but we measure our success on the ability to design your project perfectly—combining our expertise and your vision.

Will you provide references?

Of course! We are very happy to provide references for clients of recently completed projects as well as our long standing clients.

What kind of work do you do?

BBI Architects is a commercial architecture firm.

BBI Architects is most well known for our restaurant and retail work as we have designed literally hundreds of food service projects and restaurants. BBI Architects has also designed quite a lot of retail establishments, as some of our repeat clients are large commercial property management companies with retail portfolios. We have also designed a significant number of offices, corporate headquarters, warehouses, schools, government buildings, civic buildings and military buildings.

Where do you provide services?

We have performed work all over the continental United States. We have an active license in all of the Southeastern states, from Texas to the East Coast. We are registered with NCARB (National Council of Architectural Licensing Boards) and can easily be licensed in any state in about one month.

Is there anything that sets you apart from other firms?

The depth of our experience is an important factor. Just to give you one example from the restaurant segment of our work history, we have had clients that have literally spent millions of dollars to discover the best way to solve certain problems that are common to this segment. We pass the benefit of that collective knowledge along to every new client. Would you rather hire a firm that has designed a restaurant or one that has designed hundreds?

We also have been intimately involved in branding. This means we have been an integral part of the team that helps determine the overall strategy for the brand and how that strategy will be best be delivered in the final design which directly impacts the quality of the overall customer experience. Not many design firms can say that.
