Design a small retail strip center to accomodate a Starbucks and retailers.
The location of the strip center was in an overlay district with restrictions on the design elements at tended to drive up the cost of construction.
BBI Architects was able to use its many years of experience to create a design that was pleasing to the Owner and the Planning Commission, while controlling costs.
