BBI Architects worked with Chick-fil-A extensively from 2002 to 2012 on the design of their prototype restaurants. We worked closely with executives and design staff to assist the company in understanding where they were taking their brand. The BBI team was innovative in anticipating their needs and helping them achieve their goals. BBI Architects thoroughly understands the importance of designing environments where the customer physically interacts with the brand.
To provide the necessary oversight to the design and implementation of the prototype program, the BBI team was required to manage myriad consultants and vendors that contributed to the overall successful execution of the brand and maintain the Chick-fil-A image. Protecting the brand and the customer experience was recognized as integral parts of the prototype program. BBI Architects accomplished this by partnering with our client and comprehensively understand their needs.
